Do you Travel?
Yes! Especially within Alberta and British Columbia.

How long have you been doing this?
I have been photographing since I can remember- secondary school events in particular.
Professionally, I have been taking photos over the past 6 years but have become more concentrated on photographing over the last 2 years.
How many photos do we get?
That will be based on the package you purchase. Each basic package details are listed, but you are more than welcome to write to me personally and we can discuss if there is something else I can do for you in particular.
How do we get our photos?
Pixieset, which is also the host of the website you are currently viewing.
I will be able to send you a link to your collection and you will have a certain amount of time to download them all from the website.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, but...
I try to stay as true to the moment as possible, usually life gives us those brilliant colours and contrasts as we need them. However, those pesky fly aways do happen and some feel it can ruin a photo!
If there is something you wish further retouched, contact me directly about the photo and I can see what I can do for you.
Whats your turn around time?
Expect sneak peaks within 48 hours, available to the couple through Pixieset.
Depending on the season (Christmas/NYE, etc.) and what the photo package you have purchased, you will usually receive your photos within 4 weeks!
For content creation packages, the turn around will almost always be within 2 weeks.
How do we book you?
At this time, you can contact me by email at jordanhamesphotography@gmail.com to get the ball rolling.
Please attach your name, what package you are looking for, and the date you are interested in. During busier times of the year, please send a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD choice for dates and I will see what I can do for you ASAP.
Can you help us with planning?
Absolutely!
Depending on the type of event or time of year you are looking into things, I can help put you on the right path as best as I can.
I am a big Pinterest board user, especially for those creative portrait shoots.
Show me yours and I'll show you mine!
How far out do you book?
Currently only until the end of the year without a deposit.
Anything into the following year, I require a deposit of half of the estimated rate of the package you have chosen.
